Lanzador Marketing Services is not responsible for the misuse of a customer’s credit card online on our website. The customer should get in touch with their bank if any purchases are made using their card. All credit / debit card transactions are done in the payment gateways.

Once a customer registers on the website, an automatic mail is sent confirming the registration. Once an order is placed, an automatic order confirmation is sent electronically through Email to your registered Email id. Please check your Spam / Junk folder if the mail has not come in Inbox.

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice & Lanzador Marketing Services is not responsible for any wrong prices mentioned. If any orders with price issues or stock issues happen, it will be canceled after informing the customer.  In case there are any additional charges excluding Custom charges or any other country specific charges, it will be mentioned in the website. Custom charges or any other country specific charges are not under our control and have to be borne by the recipient during delivery and Lanzador Marketing Services will not be responsible for the same.

Payments –

We accept Credit Cards. For some Credit cards / Debit Cards some documents might be requested by the payment gateway for verification purposes. Once the documents are sent by the customer, the order will be processed only after verification by the payment gateway. Else it will be refunded back to the customers credit / debit card or PayPal account.

Note : Some international banks might charge the conversion fee for other currencies, which we are not aware of. This depends on the banks and it will be charged to the customers credit card and Lanzador Marketing Services will not be liable for these charges. If a customer uses any other currencies other than AED, their credit / debit card banks might charge extra than the mentioned amount in the website and we won’t be aware of the same as it is the issuing bank charges and not of Lanzador Marketing Services. So Lanzador Marketing Services is not liable for these charges.

Non-Serviceable Areas

Since the couriers do the deliveries, there are some non-serviceable areas and once the order comes, we will inform the customer to provide an alternate address or collect from the nearest courier office.

Return of Products –

Since the majority of the books are ordered from International Publishers, once the order is placed we won’t be able to cancel the same. As we place the order with our Publishers and ensure to deliver it on time. We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product and damaged during transit subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 1 hour from the time of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.

Stocks –

Lanzador Marketing Services is not responsible for the stocks mentioned in the website. If the stock is not available, Lanzador Marketing Services deserves the right to cancel the order.

Protection of Your Account: 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Product Description –

Lanzador Marketing Services makes no warranties that the product description, images or any other details in the site are accurate, complete, reliable or error free. If the product offered by Booksvenue is not as described then it has to be returned in its unused condition by informing to us the same day when the product was received. Booksvenue does not take the liabilities of images, product descriptions & prices in the website.
